Starting a new school year on the right foot is important. By bringing a college’s campus community together before school starts, students can interact with faculty, staff and organizations that support higher education.
Next Thursday, Keweenaw Bay Ojibwa Community College hosts its third annual end of summer carnival. The event invites students and the community to enjoy prizes, raffles, bounce houses and more.
While students’ families enjoy the activities, they can connect with professors and staff to learn what KBOCC has in store for the fall semester.
In case of rain, the event will move to the Meadowbrook Arena.
On Aug. 20, KBOCC invites the community and students to celebrate the end of summer at the Wabanang Campus in L’Anse.
