Two local organizations are joining forces to support residents in need.
Breakwater Federal Credit Union and St. Vincent de Paul Food Bank are partnering to collect items that will restock shelves at the local food bank between July 27 and August 7. Individuals can drop off donations at the Breakwater FCU location during regular hours.
“The institution is proud to partner with St. Vincent de Paul on a food drive, and we encourage bank members and area residents to participate in the program,” said Kayleigh White, Breakwater’s marketing and communications manager.

Items currently in high demand:
- Pasta and pasta sauce
- Jam
- 18 oz. peanut butter
- Soup
- Bottled juice
- Boxed potatoes
- Salad dressings
- Paper towels
- Facial tissues (Kleenex)
- Men’s and women’s deodorant
- Shampoo
- Toothpaste
Note: Canned beans are not needed at this time.
Beginning on Monday, July 27 and continuing through Friday, August 7, donations of non-perishable food items and essential toiletries can be dropped off at Breakwater Federal Credit Union during regular business hours.
