Linda K. Beck, age 80 of Pelkie, MI passed away Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at Baraga County Memorial Hospital, L’Anse. She was born in Gladwin, MI on January 19, 1946 the daughter of the late Norman and Rhea (Nickless) Foor. She attended school in Gladwin, Linda married Donald A. Beck in West Branch, MI on June 15, 1963. He preceded her in death on November 29, 2015. She had been employed as a lead EMT for Sonco Ambulance in Ewen, MI and later as her husband’s care giver during his illness. Linda enjoyed her flower gardens and shopping.
Linda is survived by her loving children; Kurt (Carla) Beck of Pelkie, Kevin (fiancé Sydney) Beck of Arizona, and Dawn (John) Grathoff of Calumet, several grandchildren and great grandchildren, sisters, Diane Willis of Eaton Rapids, MI, and Elaine (Robert) Young of Gladwin, and brother-in-law George Nagle of Florida. Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son Donald Norman Beck, granddaughter Mariah Beck, great grandson Maison Williams, sisters Yvonne “Bonnie” and her husband “Lucky” and Lesa Nagle and step mom Deon Foor.
