Houghton celebrates the winter wonderland for the community residents’ embrace. On Friday, Houghton’s Winter Wonderland festivities will begin at 5 p.m. when Santa visits town, sleigh rides travel along the Portage Canal, and families make crafts and memories at the Portage Lake District Library.
