College Soccer

The Northern Michigan University men’s soccer team has been seeded 10th in Super Region 3 in the NCAA Division II tournament. The Wildcats will face seventh-seed Cedarville in a play-in game Thursday at Rogers State University in Claremore, Oklahoma. Rogers State is the second-seed, and will host the winner of Thursday’s game.

NHL

The Red Wings host the Kraken tonight. Coverage will begin at 6:45 on 99.3 The Lift.

NBA

The Pistons won their 10th straight game last night, downing the Pacers 127-112. Cade Cunningham, Ausar Thompson and Tobias Harris remained on the sidelines with injuries, but Jalen Duren returned and scored 31 points with 15 rebounds. Daniss Jenkins added 26 points with eight assists.

The Pistons will visit the Hawks tonight.

The Bucks fell to the Cavaliers 118-106 last evening. Ryan Rollins scored 24 points. Giannis Antetokounmpo was limited to just 13 minutes before leaving the game with a groin injury. He’ll be evaluated today.

The Bucks entertain the 76ers Thursday.

NFL

Dak Prescott threw four touchdown passes as the Cowboys outscored the Raiders 33-16 in last night’s NFL game.

The news is good for Packers running back Josh Jacobs. The knee injury that forced him out of Sunday’s game has been diagnosed as a contusion, with no structural damage. He could return as early as this weekend.
