For close to a decade MTEC SmartZone has helped companies and former residents return north. In November the MTEC SmartZone will host the 9th annual online Return North Career Fair. Return North is designed to reconnect Michigan Technological University alumni, former residents of the Upper Peninsula, and local professionals with career opportunities across the region. The completely online career fair helps connect people from across the country, that desire to return to the Upper Peninsula to become a part of the growth in their hometown communities. The Return North career fair was created in partnership with Upper Peninsula Michigan Works!. The event will occur on November 13th between 3 and 6 pm virtually.
