The Quincy Mine Hoist Association will celebrate 65 years of preserving the copper country’s mining heritage and telling the region’s story through engaging tours of the Quincy Mine and grounds in 2026.
In coordination with the association’s anniversary plans, the Quincy Mine Hoist will reintroduce reward levels to its membership program. Disrupted by impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, the association needed to pause many programs at the time. In the absence of the previous program, the association has had difficulty sharing its achievements, including four consecutive years of record-breaking operations.
Starting in 2026, the reimagined membership program places larger emphasis on the association’s community engagement and transparency.
