Students will return to school soon. And summer vacation will come to a close. But before the official end of summer Hancock will make sure the community has a little more fun.
On September 6th Hancock will host its annual End of Summer Celebration. The one-day city wide event will get people outside onto the pickleball courts, and out to Quincy Green for bouncy houses, and games. The Hancock Business Association will also bring back the ping pong ball drop with plenty of great prizes. The festivities will also include food and non-food vendors, a beer garden sponsored by the Hancock fire department, and a street dance featuring Chad Brogan and the Collective. End of Summer will also enjoy a laser light show on the Quincy Green to cap off a wonderful summer in the Copper Country.
