Theresa Bianco will waive her right to a pre-liminary exam in the 97th district court. Bianco appeared in court today for a probable cause hearing, represented by Timothy Wrather. She is charged with felony theft under pretenses of 100,000 dollars or more over six years while employed at L’Anse Area schools as the district’s business manager. Formal charges were filed against Bianco on July 8th, and he was released on a $25,000 bond the same day. Her case will move to the circuit court for a date yet to be scheduled.
