Baraga County business leaders enjoy a day on the course and out of the office. Over the weekend, the Baraga County Chamber of Commerce held its annual golf outing at the L’Anse Golf Club.
The four-person scramble fundraiser drew strong support and brought great energy despite weather concerns in the morning. As the clouds parted and the skies opened up, the tournament got underway.
The 2025 Baraga County Chamber golf scramble champion flight saw Wolverine Hydro Ex take the top spot over KBIC, L’Anse Family Dental, and Team Isaacson. In individual contests, Delany Routsala of Resilience Agency wacked the women’s longest drive of the day, and Cooper Koskinen smacked the longest drive for the men.
Tournament director Julie Froberg says generous support of sponsors, enthusiasm on the links, and perfect weather blowing into the bay region all aligned for a fantastic event.
