National Park Rangers discover two unidentified individuals deceased on Isle Royale. On Sunday, at 4 pm, the Isle Royale National Park received two reports of two deceased individuals at a backcountry campground. Two rangers were dispatched to the site and hiked overnight 11 miles to the location. The rangers arrived at the scene Monday morning and found two individuals, deceased in the park. The cause of death has not been released at this time. The incident is under investigation.
