Just in time for busy weekend on the trails MI TRALE announces the bill Nicholls trail has fully opened.
In spring the trail recreation organization closed multiple sections of the trail for repair work, and to allow ice on bridges to melt. Near Mass City the Bill Nicholls trail experienced a culvert washout, that was quickly repaired by Michigan DNR crews. Another section required a temporary solution to allow passage on the trail.
MI TRALE expects to create a more permanent solution later in the summer near the Misery River Bridge. MI –TRALE encourages travelers Ride Right, and Ride Safe this weekend, and all summer long.
