Three millages have been approved by voters in Lake Linden. Yesterday more than 800 people stopped by their polling places to consider a heavy equipment millage with Lake Linden and two renewals with the Lake Linden Hubbell School district.
The heavy equipment millage passed with 184 to 32 votes.
Lake Linden Hubbell Schools will capture funding from the base homestead operating millage after 651 residents voted yes. The district will capture additional funds through a renewal of the bond millage, which was passed by 556 votes to 257.
