Michigan Department of Lifelong Education Advancement and Potential encourages students around the state to complete FAFSA applications to earn a share of 1 million dollars with Ticket to Tuition.
So far more than 17,000 students across Michigan have applied for the sweepstakes that will award forty 10,000 dollar prizes and 10 50,000 dollar awards. The Ticket to Tuition Sweepstakes was launched by the Michigan College Access Network to encourage students to complete FAFSA applications and to connect students with financial resources for college and skills training. Through FAFSA students can access Pell Grants, the Michigan Achievement Scholarship and Community College Guarantee, and Michigan Reconnect.
Students completing FAFSA applications for the first time, and intend to attend college or skills training programs in 2025-26, complete their application by May 16th and text CASH to 855-50K-TICKET (855-505-8425).
