
Michigan state police arrest two suspects wanted in connection to a murder in Minnesota.
On Monday Michigan State Police were notified by the City of Moorhead Police Department in Minnesota, that two individuals wanted in connection to a homicide on Sunday may be in the Ishpeming area.
Monday morning MSP detectives located the suspects traveling in a vehicle. Officers conducted a traffic stop near M 28 and n 2nd Street in Ishpeming Township. Both individuals were taken into custody without incident and lodged in the Marquette County jail on outstanding warrants. The suspects await extradition to Minnesota.
The 35-year-old male suspect from Moorhead is charged with 2nd-degree murder, 2-degree drive-by shooting, attempted murder in the 1st degree, and attempted murder in the 2nd degree. A 32-year-old female suspect from Ishpeming has been charged with aiding an offender.
