The Better Business Bureau chapters of Michigan will combine efforts and merge as one entity. Last week the Eastern and Western Michigan BBB announced the groups will merge to become the Better Business Bureau of Michigan.
New president and CEO Lisa Frohnapfel will continue to serve in a leadership position with the BBB. She was brought onto the Western Michigan team in 2021.
The merger between the groups makes the Better Business Bureau of Michigan one of the largest across North America. The merger will retain staff at both offices and reorganize departments for better efficiency in customer service. Michigan Better Business Bureau offices are located in metro Detroit and Grand Rapids.
