Scholarship opportunities fuel students seeking education in a variety of fields. Recently the Houghton Keweenaw County 4 H program announced it will offer a 500 dollar scholarship to high school seniors in the Copper Country. The 4 H Senior Scholarship asks prospective award recipients to be involved in 4 H for a minimum of three years and participate in a club a part of the Houghton Keweenaw County 4 h Program. Students will use scholarship funds toward pursuing passions at a university college or trade school. Students interested in applying for the 4 h senior scholarship will need to complete the scholarship form by April 15th. Students should email applications to 4 h program coordinator Anne Kretchsman or mail submissions to the MSU extension office.
Contact Anne Kretchsman for more information via email to kretsc11@msu.edu (preferred) or mail to MSU Extension Office; 1500 Birch Street, Hancock, MI 49930
