Negaunee’s Aubrey Johnson swept both major honors on the WestPAC Girls All-Conference Team this season.
Johnson was named Player of the Year, and Defensive Player of the Year.
Miners coach Mike O’Donnell was selected as Coach of the Year.
The All-Conference Dream Team includes Calumet’s Jackie Kiilunen and Houghton’s Eva Gerard, along with Jenessa Eagle from Ishpeming, Lexi Olson from Westwood and Gretl Johnson from Negaunee.
Kiilunen and Hancock’s Emery Chynoweth were among those placed on the All-Defensive Team.
Chynoweth was named to the Copper Division First Team, along with Ellie Heinault from Houghton, Bailey Strom and Kiirsi Johnson from Calumet, and Kaitlyn Smith from West Iron County.
Local players receiving Honorable Mention votes include Sophie Freeman from Hancock, Ruby Zawada from Houghton, Allison Bjorn from Calumet and Lacy Shamion from West Iron County.
