UPDATE 2/18, 10:00 am – Officials with the Michigan Tech Department of Public Safety say the body of missing grad student Matthew Sisson has been found. No foul play is suspected. Out of respect for the family, no other details are being released.

The Michigan Tech Department of Public Safety is asking for the public’s help to find a missing student.
His whereabouts remain unknown, despite intensive searches by MTU police and other law enforcement units.
Sisson is described as a white male, 5’8”, 215 lbs, with long black hair and brown eyes. He has a full-face beard and wears glasses.
University officials and Public Safety personnel are especially concerned for Sisson’s safety and well-being because of known mental health challenges.
