Clifford J. Warn “Jimmy” of Mayflower passed away peacefully in his sleep on February 3, 2025. Jimmy was born on October 13, 1950 to William and Lyla (Lamppa) Warn.
Jimmy graduated from Lake Linden Hubbell with the class of 1968. After graduation, Jimmy attended NMU and received a degree in industrial arts. Jimmy started working at the young age of 14 and never stopped. In 1972 he started working for Jim Hurlebert at Keweenaw Auto Body. In the mid 70’s Jimmy took over the business and ran it successfully until his passing.
Jimmy loved gardening, tractors, hunting and never passed up a good bargain. He enjoyed spending his summers at his camp in Little Traverse on Lake Superior with his free loading family. He always had the sauna stoked and loved the hot sun.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Pat, and his nephew Kevin.
He is survived by his siblings Mary Lou (John) Jackovich, Debby (Ken) Parker, Judy (Dinky) Berg, Jane (Dennis) Pini and Billy (Allison) Warn, nieces and nephews Jim (Dee) Schoenfield, Pam Schoenfield, Brad (Mel) Parker, Jeff (Dawn) Jackovich, Alicia (Jay) Reed, Sarah (John) Wilhelm, Natasha (Tim) LaBonte, Gina (Dan) Labeske and Kendra (Josh) Granquist, Josh (Cassidy) Person, Lydia (Ian) Hutte, his great nieces and nephews Garret, Abbie, Ella, Parker, Chloe, Austin, Caleb, Mylie, Maxx, Harper, Taylor, Karlie, Emma, Nicolas, Emily, Dionna, Frank, Olivia and Crystal, one great great nephew Otto, and numerous cousins. Jimmy also has left behind several great friends who he enjoyed spending time with, including past and present coffee clutch friends.
Visitation will be on Friday February 7, 2025 from 4:00 – 7:00pm at the Erickson Crowley Peterson Funeral Home.
