Young people have big dreams. But need support to pursue their passions.
For about four more weeks the Copper Shores Community Health Foundation will accept applications for its 16 scholarships. The Copper Shores Community Health Foundation administers scholarship funds to support students planning to pursue technical training and career education. The foundation also manages six donor-designated scholarships.
Students earning scholarships in 2025 live in Baraga Houghton Keweenaw and Onotnagon counties and will graduate in the spring from one of the region’s districts. In total, the Copper Shores Community Health Foundation will award 46,000 dollars from five funds. Scholarship awards vary in the amount.
The foundation will continue to accept scholarships until February 28th.
