UPDATE (1/17/25): The Menominee City Police Department (MCPD) provided another update on the investigation into Lisa Pipp’s disappearance.
According to MCPD’S Facebook page, the department is actively investigating the disappearance of Lisa Pipp, who was reported missing after an incident on the ice of green bay.
According to her boyfriend, Lisa became upset during an argument and walked away from their vehicle toward open water on January 13. Despite his attempts to stop her, she continued walking and pushed him away. He left to seek help but was unable to locate her upon returning.
Following this report, MCPD launched an extensive search effort, including surveillance and witness accounts, drones and ground searches, as well as evidence recovered.
A shoe suspected to belong to Lisa was found in the rocks along the shore. A set of footprints – one shoed and one bare – was discovered leading away from the shore toward open water. According to police, no return footprints were identified, indicating she was alone at the time.
Police are continuing to investigate the situation, and at this time, they believe there is no indication of foul play. If you have any information regarding Lisa Pipp’s disappearance, please contact the Menominee City Police Department at 906-863-5568.
