Wings Snap Losing Streak – Thursday Sports Wrap

College Volleyball

The Michigan Tech volleyball team will open the NCAA tournament a week from today. The Huskies are seeded second in the Midwest Region, and will face seventh-seed Wayne State at Ferris State University in Big Rapids in the opening round.

NHL

The Detroit Red Wings broke their four-game winless streak with a 4-2 victory over the Saint Louis Blues last night. Dylan Larkin and Robby Fabbri each had a goal and an assist. Lucas Raymond and Adam Erne also scored. Alex Nedeljkovic made 35 saves.

The Wings entertain the Buffalo Sabres Saturday. Coverage will begin at 6:45 on 99.3 The Lift. 

NBA

The Detroit Pistons fell behind early, and lost to the Milwaukee Bucks 114-93 last night. Trey Lyles led Detroit with 19 points and seven rebounds.

The Pistons visit the Los Angeles Clippers tomorrow afternoon. Coverage will begin at 3:15 on 99.3 The Lift.

NFL

In today’s Thanksgiving Day NFL matchups…
• The Detroit Lions visit the Chicago Bears for the 12:30 game.
• The Dallas Cowboys host the Las Vegas Raiders in the 4:30 contest.
• The Buffalo Bills play the Saints in New Orleans in the 8:20 game.  

All three games will be broadcast on 99.3 The Lift.
