NHL

The Stanley Cup championship series continues tonight in Tampa. The Avalanche lead the Lightning 2-0.

MLB

The Tigers won their second straight game yesterday, downing the Rangers 7-3. After Corey Seager’s solo home run off Drew Hutchison in the top of the first staked Texas to an early lead, Robbie Grossman’s three-run shot in the bottom of the inning put Detroit on top. The Rangers scored single runs off Hutchison in the fourth and fifth to tie the game, but Spencer Torkelson’s two-run single in the bottom of the fifth reestablished the advantage.

The Tigers visit the Red Sox tonight. Alec Faedo will pitch against Josh Winckowski. Coverage will begin at 6:50 on 99.3 The Lift.

The Brewers downed the Reds 6-3 yesterday. Adrian Houser gave up three runs over six innings. Victor Caratini and Hunter Renfroe homered.

The Brewers host the Cardinals tonight. Corbin Burnes will start against Miles Mikolas.
