Tech Men’s Hoops Suffers First Loss – Monday Sports Wrap

The Michigan Tech men’s basketball squad suffered its first loss of the season Sunday afternoon, falling to Winona State University 62-59. Kyle Monroe led the Huskies with 28 points.

The Tech women will play at Minnesota State tonight.

NHL

In the NFL Sunday, the Detroit Lions couldn’t climb out of a deep early hole, and lost to the Dallas Cowboys 35-27Jeff Driscoll threw two touchdown passes to Marvin Jones.

The Green Bay Packers were off this weekend.

In the Sunday night game, the Los Angeles Rams got past the Chicago Bears 17-7.
