High School

High school volleyball regional semifinal games will be played tonight.
• In Division Three, Calumet faces Bark River-Harris at 6:00 at Westwood. Coverage will begin at 5:40 on the Voice of the Copper Kings, KBear 102.3. Charlevoix and Elk Rapids meet in the other semifinal.
• In Division Four, Jeffers will play Ironwood at 7:00 at Baraga. Forest Park and Stephenson will play in the other semifinal.

College Basketball

The Finlandia women’s basketball team entertains Wisconsin-Superior tonight at 6:30 at the Paavo Nurmi Center.

The Michigan Tech men’s basketball team has been picked to finish fourth in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference this season. Defending champion Ferris State finished atop the preseason coaches poll. Northern Michigan came in second, and Lake Superior State placed third. Northern’s Max Bjorklund was selected as the GLIAC Preseason Player of the Year. Tech guard Adam Hobson was named to the Preseason First Team. See the full poll here.

The Red Wings will host the Canadiens tonight. Coverage will begin at 6:45 on 99.3 The Lift.

NBA

The Pistons broke their three-game losing streak with a 112-103 victory over the Thunder last night. Cade Cunningham had 21 points, 11 rebounds and seven assists. Jaden Ivey added 15 points, 11 rebounds and six assists, as Detroit overcame a 15-point halftime deficit.

NFL

Last night… the Ravens outscored the Saints 27-13.
