NFL

The Detroit Lions host the Green Bay Packers today in a 4:25 game on 99.3 The Lift. The Packers could clinch the NFC North title if they beat the Lions, and the Vikings lose to the Buccaneers.

Detroit quarterback Matthew Stafford is expected to play, despite the hand injury he’s been nursing. Running back D’Andre Swift is also expected to return to the lineup, after recovering from a concussion.

Detroit has also placed defensive end Everson Griffen on the reserve/COVID-19 list. Defensive end Kareem Martin has been activated to fill in.

Rookie Lions cornerback Jeff Okudah’s season appears to be over. Multiple reports say that he’ll need surgery to repair the groin muscle problem he’s been battling much of the season. He’s expected to be placed on the injured reserve list next week.

The Bills host the Steelers tonight, and the Browns entertain the Ravens tomorrow. Hear both games on 99.3 The Lift.
