Finlandia Men’s Hoops Adds Two
Finlandia University has added two more Upper Peninsula basketball players to its men’s team. Jorden Sodergren is a Bark River-Harris graduate who averaged 13 points as a guard in his senior season. Ryan Bain earned Porcupine Mountain Conference First Team status as a point guard at Watersmeet. His brother, Marcus, also plays for the Lions. Learn more about them here.
Little League Softball Series Schedule Announced
The schedule for the Little League Senior Girls Softball State Tournament at Lake Linden has been released. Games begin tomorrow at 1:00, with the championship set for Sunday. Skills competitions will take place on Saturday. All events are open to the public, and will be held at the Boneyard. To see the full schedule, click here.
