NBA

The struggling Pistons dropped an ugly 124-99 decision to the Knicks last night. With Cade Cunningham, Jalen Duren, Ausar Thompson, Isaiah Stewart, Simone Fontecchio, Quentin Grimes, Stanley Umude and Taj Gibson all out with injuries, Marcus Sasser led the squad with 24 points.

The Pistons visit the Timberwolves tomorrow night, with coverage at 7:35 on 99.3 The Lift.

MLB Spring Training

The Tigers had yesterday off, and will play the Rays today in their final Grapefruit League exhibition. Casey Mize will start.

The Brewers throttled the Rockies 10-1 yesterday. Colin Rea pitched into the sixth, and allowed no runs on two hits. Rhys Hoskins, Joey Ortiz, William Contreras and Eric Haase homered.

The Brewers will play the Rockies again today, to close out their Cactus League campaign. Aaron Ashby will start.

Milwaukee will start the season without centerfielder Garrett Mitchell. He broke a bone in his hand during batting practice over the weekend, and will miss at least a month.

The regular baseball season opens Thursday, with the Tigers visiting the White Sox, and the Brewers facing the Mets in New York.
