The Detroit Pistons lost to the Phoenix Suns 135-108 yesterday. Cade Cunningham had 21 points, but was ejected during the third quarter after picking up his second technical foul. The first was for an unkind comment to an official. The second was for taunting an opponent after he dunked a ball. Cory Joseph also scored 21.

In the NFL playoffs yesterday…
• The Tampa Bay Buccaneers advanced with a 31-15 victory over the Philadelphia Eagles.
