The Detroit Red Wings suffered their fourth straight loss yesterday, falling to the Minnesota Wild 6-3. Anthony Mantha, Henrik Zetterberg and Andreas Athansiou scored for Detroit. Jared Coreau stopped 24 shots, and took the loss. The Wings host the St. Louis Blues on Wednesday. Faceoff is at 8:00 on AM 1400 and FM 99.3, WCCY.

Detroit forward Thomas Vanek missed yesterday’s game after injuring an ankle in Saturday’s loss to the Blue Jackets. He’s considered day-to-day.
