The Finlandia University women’s hockey team dropped a narrow 3-2 decision to Wisconsin-Superior yesterday. Natasha Kern scored twice, and Sarah Gundry stopped 46 shots in goal.

The Detroit Red Wings visit the Chicago Blackhawks tomorrow night. Faceoff is at 8:30 on AM 1400 and FM 99.3, WCCY.
NBA
In a game that was delayed 24 hours because of an ice storm, the Detroit Pistons outlasted the Portland Trail Blazers 125-124 in double overtime last night. Kentavious Caldwell-Pope’s three-pointer with nine seconds remaining was the game-winner. Reggie Jackson led Detroit with 31 points. The Pistons play at Golden State tomorrow night. We’ll join the game after Red Wings hockey on AM 1400 and FM 99.3, WCCY.
NFL
The Green Bay Packers opened the NFL playoffs by routing the New York Giants 38-13 yesterday. Aaron Rodgers threw for 362 yards and four touchdowns. The Packers will play at Dallas Sunday afternoon at 4:40. Hear all the NFL playoff games on AM 1400 and FM 99.3, WCCY.
