NFL
The Green Bay Packers have hired Matt LeFleur as their new head coach. As an offensive coordinator, LeFleur turned the Rams into the NFL’s highest-scoring team in 2017. Last season with the Titans, his offense finished 27th in the league, but was decimated by injuries. He’s 39 years old – just four years older than starting quarterback Aaron Rodgers – and grew up in Mount Pleasant, Michigan. He was the quarterback for Saginaw Valley State University from 2000 to 2002. Early coaching stops included Central Michigan University, and Northern Michigan University, where he coached quarterbacks and receivers in 2006.
