In girls basketball last night…
– Ontonagon edged Lake Linden-Hubbell 49-47.
– Ewen-Trout Creek got past Wakefield-Marenisco 51-46.

In last night’s only boys game, Ontonagon fell to Bessemer 63-52.

The Detroit Red Wings will visit the Florida Panthers this evening. Faceoff is at 7:30 on AM 1400 and FM 99.3, WCCY.

Former MTU hockey star Tanner Kero will be skating with the Chicago Blackhawks against the Colorado Avalanche tonight. Kero was called up from the Rockford Ice Hogs yesterday, after the Hawks placed forward Artem Anisimov on the injured list. Kero is Rockford’s leading scorer this season. He played 60 games for the Ice Hogs last season, and 17 for the Blackhawks.

The Detroit Pistons entertain the Golden State Warriors tonight.

NFL
In last night’s game, the Philadelphia Eagles defeated the New York Giants 24-19.

Most of this weekend’s NFL games will be played tomorrow. The Green Bay Packers entertain the Minnesota Vikings in a 1:00 game.
