NFL
The Detroit Lions fell to 0-4 on the season, as they lost to the Seattle Seahawks 13-10 last night. The Lions had a chance to win the game in the final minutes. They drove the ball 91 yards, but Kam Chancellor knocked a potential reception out of the hands of Calvin Johnson at the one yard line. The play was ruled a fumble. and the Seahawks took over. League officials later admitted that a penalty should have been called against Seattle for guiding the ball out of bounds in the end zone, and that Detroit should have retained possession. Details are here.
