MTU Soccer Falls to NMU – Monday Sports Wrap

The Michigan Tech soccer team dropped its fourth straight game yesterday, falling 3-2 to Northern Michigan University. Gabby Sgambati and Maisy Snyder scored for the Huskies. NMU’s Isabelle Brusilow scored the game-winner in the 87th minute.

NHL

The Detroit Red Wings skate at Vancouver tomorrow night. Pregame coverage will begin at 9:40 on 99.3 The Lift.

Carlos Correa’s lead-off homer in the bottom of the 11th inning lifted the Astros to a 3-2 win over the Yankees yesterday. The American League Championship Series is tied at one win per team, and will continue tomorrow in New York

In last night’s NFL game, the Pittsburgh Steelers defeated the Los Angeles Chargers 24-17.
