Just like the math students she taught, her players worked hard and were very disciplined. Wanting to stay involved during the boys’ basketball season, Lois became the official scorer for the boys’ games in 1975, a position she took great pride in and held for 37 years. She was a very familiar face at the scorers’ table for many visiting coaches and officials during that time. Lois taught high school and middle school math at Lake Linden-Hubbell from 1968-2003.
