NHL

The Red Wings visit the Penguins Wednesday. Coverage will start at 7:15 on 99.3 The Lift.

NBA

The Pistons dropped a tight 101-99 decision to the Rockets yesterday. Cade Cunningham scored 26 points. Tobias Harris missed two free throws with one second remaining that could have forced overtime.

The Pistons entertain the Heat tomorrow night. Coverage will start at 6:35 on 99.3 The Lift.

NFL

The Lions scored 13 points in the fourth quarter, and came from behind to edge the Texans 26-23 last night. After throwing just four interceptions all season, Jared Goff threw five through the first three quarters. Still, he rallied the team late, and Jake Bates hit a 58-yard field goal with five minutes remaining to tie the game, and a 52-yarder as time expired to win it.

Tight end Sam LaPorta left the game in the third quarter with a shoulder injury, and could miss next Sunday’s game against the Jaguars.

Tonight, the Dolphins visit the Rams, with the broadcast at 7:30 on 99.3 The Lift.  

The Packers had this weekend off.

MLB

Bligh Madris is back with the Tigers. Madris became a free agent after last season with Detroit. He’s signed a minor league deal with a spring training invitation.
