In high school football last night, L’Anse scored first with an Alex Kissell to Presley Rasanen touchdown pass, but Negaunee came back to beat the Purple Hornets 29-6.
All other local games were canceled because of the COVID-19 outbreak.
MLB
In the National League Baseball playoffs yesterday…
• The Marlins defeated the Cubs 2-0. Miami wins that series 2-0.
• The Padres downed the Cardinals 4-0. San Diego takes that set 2-1.
That concludes the Wild Card round. The Divisional Series will begin Monday.
NBA
The Lakers outscored the Heat 124-114. L-A leads the championship series 2-0, with game three tomorrow evening.
NFL
The Detroit Lions host the New Orleans Saints in a 1:00 game tomorrow. The Packers entertain the Falcons Monday night. Hear both broadcasts on 99.3 The Lift.
