Add another player to the Lions’ injured list. Running back David Montgomery suffered a knee injury in Sunday’s loss to the Bills, and could miss the rest of the season.
Struggling to fill the roster holes left by a rash of injuries, the Lions have brought back linebacker Anthony Pittman, who played four seasons in Detroit, mostly on special teams. He was signed off the Falcons practice squad. Five of Detroit’s top six linebackers are sidelined.
