Kansas City won yesterday, so the Tigers’ lead in the American League Central slips to three-and-a-half games.

Brewers Fall to Phillies
Milwaukee Brewers Circle LogoThe Brewers lost to the Phillies 3-2 last night. Marco Estrada struggled through five innings, giving up all three Philadelphia runs.

The Brewers host the Phillies again tonight. Wily Peralta will pitch against Kyle Kendrick.

The Cardinals won, so Milwaukee’s lead in the National League Central shrinks to four games.

The Detroit Pistons have reportedly reached an agreement with center Aaron Grey. Grey split last season between the Raptors and the Kings. He’ll provide some frontcourt depth. NBA free agent contracts can’t be announced officially until Thursday.

5k/2k Run Saturday in Chassell
Strawberry FestivalThe Chassell Strawberry Festival is hosting a five-k and two-k run for the first time this year. The run will begin Saturday morning at 8:00. The cost is $20.00 per runner… $10.00 for kids ages 14 and younger. You can register online, or between 7:00 and 7:45 Saturday morning at the Chassell trailhead, behind the Chassell Heritage Center.
