• The Stars welcome the Golden Knights. Vegas is up 1-0 in that series.

NBA

In the NBA tournament yesterday…
• The Timberwolves turned back the Suns 105-93. Minnesota leads that series 2-0.
• The Pacers upended the Bucks 125-108. That set is tied 1-1.
• The Mavericks slipped past the Clippers 96-93. That series is tied 1-1.

Tonight…
• The Celtics welcome the Heat. Boston is up 1-0 in that series.
• The Thunder host the Pelicans. Oklahoma City leads that set 1-0.

MLB

Riley Greene hit two home runs, as the Tigers downed the Rays 4-2 last night. Kenta Maeda turned in five shutout innings, allowing three hits.

The Tigers visit the Rays again tonight. Jack Flaherty will start against Shawn Armstrong. Coverage will start at 6:25 on 99.3 The Lift.

The Brewers fell 2-1 to the Pirates last evening. Freshly called up from Nashville, Tobias Myers turned in five good innings, giving up a run on four hits, but took the loss. Milwaukee was held to just three hits, including a Gary Sánchez homer in the eighth.

The Brewers continue that series at Pittsburgh tonight. Bryse Wilson will pitch against Josh Fleming.
