The Finlandia University men’s hockey team dropped a 4-1 decision at 16th-ranked Wisconsin-Eau Claire yesterday. The Lions’ only goal came off the stick of Matt Benolkin with five seconds remaining in the game. Matt Arnold stopped 52 shots in goal for Finlandia.

The Wildcats women’s basketball team lost 59-49 to Southern Indiana at the the Bellarmine Thanksgiving Classic in Louisville yesterday afternoon.

Chris Boswell’s 53-yard field goal as time expired gave the Pittsburgh Steelers a 31-28 victory over the Green Bay Packers last night. The Pack had tied the contest just two minutes earlier, when Jamaal Williams scored from four yards out. Brett Hundley threw three touchdown passes, and no interceptions.
