• Dollar Bay-Tamarack City journeys to Ironwood.
• Baraga hosts Ontonagon.

In girls action tonight…
• Houghton travels to West Iron County.

In doubleheaders this evening…
• Both Lake Linden-Hubbell teams play at Bessemer, with the girls game starting at 6:00.
• Both Jeffers squads visit Ewen-Trout Creek.

College Hockey

The Finlandia men’s hockey team lost 4-2 at Northland College last night. Sheldon Brett and Cooper Hoheisel scored for the Lions. Marcus Gloss made 28 saves.

College Basketball

Last night’s Finlandia men’s basketball team against Wisconsin Lutheran was postponed.

Both Michigan Tech basketball teams will host Grand Valley State tonight. The women’s game will tip off at 5:30, and the men’s at 7:30.

Both Northern Michigan University teams will entertain Davenport University tonight.

NHL

The Detroit Red Wings will return to the ice tomorrow at home against the Dallas Stars. Coverage will begin at 7:15 on 99.3 The Lift.

NBA

The Detroit Pistons scored the last 11 points of the game, and pulled out a 133-131 victory over the Sacramento Kings last night. Cory Joseph’s jumper with 25 seconds remaining was the game-winner. Saddiq Bey scored 30 for Detroit. Kelly Olynyk returned from the injured list to add 22.

The Pistons will visit the Utah Jazz tomorrow.
