The Milwaukee Brewers managed just two hits in a 1-0 loss to the Pittsburgh Pirates last night. Jhoulys Chacín took the tough loss, pitching six shutout innings before leaving with with runners at the corners in the seventh. Josh Hader relieved him, and gave up a double to Jordy Mercer that drove home the game’s only run.
The Brewers continue that series at Pittsburgh tonight. Freddy Peralta will start against Jameson Taillon.
