The Tigers had yesterday off, and face the Cubs in Chicago tonight. Detroit has not designated a starter. Javier Assad will pitch for Chicago. Coverage will begin at 7:40 on 99.3 The Lift.

Easton Lucas is no longer with the Tigers organization. The 27-year-old pitcher claimed off waivers by the Blue Jays yesterday. Detroit had designated him for assignment last week. The Tigers had picked him off the waiver wire from the Athletics in May.

The Brewers also took yesterday off, and begin a series at St. Louis this evening. Frankie Montas will start against Erick Fedde.
