MLB – Brewers Bomb Tigers
The Milwaukee Brewers hit three straight home runs off Anibal Sanchez in the third inning, and blasted the Detroit Tigers 8-1 last night. Detroit scratched out a run in the first inning off Milwaukee starter Jimmy Nelson, but could get nothing else. Nelson gave up just three hits over eight innings.
The Tigers wrap up that home set against the Milwaukee Brewers tonight. Shane Greene will start against Kyle Lohse. Hear the first pitch at 7:08 on AM 1400 and FM 99.3 WCCY.

NFL Moves Back PAT Kicks
Point-after-touchdown kicks in the National Football League will be 13 yards longer this season. League officials voted yesterday to move the line of scrimmage on such kicks from the two-yard line to the 15-yard line – the equivalent of a 32-yard field goal. Two-point conversions will still line up at the two-yard line.
