– In Class C, Calumet plays at Hancock. Our pregame coverage will begin around 6:40 on 97.7 The Wolf and TheWolf.com. L’Anse hosts Ironwood. Our pregame coverage will start around 6:40 on KBear 102.3 and KBear102.com.
– In Class D at Lake Linden-Hubbell, Baraga will tip off against Chassell at 5:30. Dollar Bay will take on the Lakes at 7:30.
– In Class B, Escanaba will face Gladstone tonight. Houghton has a first-round bye, and will host Kingsford Wednesday night. Pregame will begin around 6:40 on AM 1400 and FM 99.3, WCCY.

The Detroit Pistons built an early lead, and never trailed, en route to a 123-103 victory over the Portland Trailblazers last night. Reggie Jackson scored 30 for Detroit, and Andre Drummond collected 18 rebounds. The Pistons play at Dallas Wednesday night.

In spring training baseball, J.D. Martinez and Stephen Moya homered, as the Detroit Tigers pounded the Miami Marlins 9-2 yesterday. Matt Boyd gave up two hits over three scoreless innings. The Tigers face the Mets this afternoon.

The Milwaukee Brewers scored a run in the bottom of the ninth to edge Cleveland 5-4 yesterday. The Brewers will take on the Padres this afternoon.
