Calumet – William Andrew Hammary 71 of Calumet passed away on September 4, 2019. Bill was born on May 17, 1948 in Laurium Michigan to William M. and Erma V. Hammary. Bill served in the U.S. Air Force after high school. He worked for a TV station in Wisconsin and and for manufacturing companies in the Minneapolis area for many years before returning to the Copper Country. He is survived by his four siblings, Susan Sherwood of Santa Maria, California, Sandra Hall of Alpine, California, Alan Hammary of Santa Maria, California and Deborah “Jean” Krym of Chassell. Also several cousins, nephews, and great-neices. Funeral services will be held at the Grace Christian Fellowship on Wednesday, September 11 th at 11 a.m. with Pastor Kevin Hausman. Ryan Funeral Home is serving the family.
