Calumet
Terry A. Ruohonen-Hongisto, 67, a resident of Calumet, passed away Friday morning April 13, 2018, at home following a short illness.
She was born on May 29, 1950, in Hancock, a daughter of the late Peter and Barbara (Patana) Ruohonen. Terry attended the Stanton Township Schools and graduated from Houghton High School.
Terry had resided in Arizona for many years as she raised her children, moving back to the Copper Country in 1990.
She enjoyed spending time with her family, reading books and painting.

She will be missed by many
A memorial service for Terry will be held 8 pm Friday April 20, 2018, at the Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Hancock with Gail Kotajarvi-Gerard to officiate. Spring burial will be in the Oskar Cemetery.
Friends may call on Friday April 20, 2018, from 4 to 8 pm at the Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Hancock.
